We may collect your name, phone number, email address, business details, and the content of messages you send us when you contact us by phone, text, web form, or email. We collect this information only to provide and improve our services.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with any third party for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is used solely to deliver the messages you have requested.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages related to appointments, reminders, follow-ups, and service updates. Message frequency varies depending on your activity and the business you are interacting with. Message and data rates may apply.

We operate TruByte accounts on Instagram. If you send a direct message to one of those accounts, we receive that message, store it, and reply to it — sometimes with an automated assistant, sometimes by hand. What we store is the content of the conversation and the username that sent it, so we can answer you and keep a record of what was said.
We use this only to reply to you and to follow up on what you asked about. We do not post to your account, we do not read messages you sent to anyone else, and we do not sell or share these messages. Our access comes from Meta’s platform and you can withdraw it at any time in Instagram’s settings, which stops us receiving anything further from you.
To have a conversation deleted, see Data deletion. We can delete our stored copy. We cannot delete the copy in your own account or the copy Meta holds.
TruByte does not ask for your passwords, API keys or account credentials, and you should not send them to us. This is enforced in our systems, which reject stored values that look like a credential — it is not left to good intentions. If you have sent us one, tell us and we will remove it immediately.
We use your information to respond to your requests, send messages you have agreed to receive, schedule and confirm appointments, follow up after service, and operate our business. We do not use your information for any purpose you have not agreed to.
We share information only with service providers that help us operate (such as our messaging and communications vendors), and only as needed to deliver our services. We may disclose information if required by law. We never sell your personal information.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
